Complaint and need help

I don’t know what else to do.  I’ve reached out to every single person I can.  Online chat reps about 10 times,  over the phone customer service reps 5 times, emailed executives twice and nothing!!! Upgraded two of my lines in the last 3 weeks and it’s been a complete disaster.   One rep even applied a 125.00 credit to my acct because it’s such a mess.  To this day nothing has been resolved.  I can’t even get the trade in kits sent to my address and I’m getting alerts that I’m running out of time...  I need help!
