I am very upset, for the second time now, in a row, the payment arrangement I make online seems to disappear?? I have almost always made my payment online I know how to arrange them, yet strangely again this month it seems to have vanished. Then my service is interrupted and I am again being charge a reconnection fee which now totals $140 for 2 months. And I will not accept any excuses on how I might have not done it. I ABSOLUTELY made the arrangement. I am starting to feel robbed and I am strongly considering dropping this carrier after 10 years of being a customer. I hope this can be made right.
Have you called the financial services department at 866.266.1445 to find out what is happening with the online arrangements or to confirm the arrangements?
