Today, I spent at least 10 hours with various sales, customer service, and store reps trying to resolve an issue for the BOGO XR. And the issue is still not resolved. This was Verizon's fault that they incorrectly ordered my phone color and couldn't change it. But I am the one being punished for their mishap. How do I get this resolved? The final issue tonight was "I can't help you because you account has no more pins". Ridiculous! All I want is my phone. What else can I do? I am thinking of just cancelling the entire transaction. It's not worth the headache.
