I cannot understand why it took your chat agent an hour and 15 minutes to NOT help. It is insane!! I am so angry now and tyere is not other way too file a complaint. 

As I was chatting I decided to call verizon directly. The IVR took care of it in 2 or 3 minutes. Meanwhile your chat agent was still "working on it." This is typical of agents who just want to look like they're busy but are not actually doing anything. I worked in call centers for years and have seen this quite a bit. They just wait until you give up, then laugh behind the scenes.


I have has verizon years but if this is how you treat customers and their time I need to look elsewhere. I am so angry. I even took screenshots of the conversation and it shows my clock at the top. 

Also, why are you making it difficult to file a complaint? As another said in this forum, we should NOT have to use this forum for our voices to be heard. WE PAY YOU! WE are the reason you are in business. But you dont give a flying F---. Time to move elsewhere. This is not the first time your customer service has given us issues.
