I have been a verizon customer for many years. I am so totally frustrated with support. Visual Voicemail is not working on my moto z and hasn't for weeks. I have been through Tier 1 support twice. Tier 2 support also. Still not working. Impossible to get a "live" person on the phone. Having to go back through Tier 1 support again and repeat all the same steps I've already done. I even provided a ticket # to Tier 1 the third time and they still take me through the same steps. I want to scream at the Tech Coach.
I have spent hours on chat trying to resolve this problem with my Moto Z2. It worked for a year, and now suddenly it doesn't. I don't get any notifications about Voicemail messages now! When I got a ticket number, a few days later I got a message that they had resolved the problem. They did not! The Voicemail app doesn't even show up on my list of apps, so there's no way to reset/force stop/etc.

We certainly want to help get down to the bottom of the trouble you are having with visual voicemail. It is imperative that we troubleshoot thoroughly. To begin what specific model phone do you have as we have several Moto Z models as well as Moto Z2?
