***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Content charge

What the heck Verizon!  I have a Content charge on my bill and No One at verizon can tell me what its for or have it removed????   If you don't know what its for and I don't know what its for why are you charging me 9.99 a month?????? I have been with verizon for over 20 years and am ready to move on. It seems you just don't care anymore.. I have wasted so much time trying to figure my bill out, its just not worth my trouble and it surely seams its not worth yours!!!!!

Is that how it is described on the bill summary or on the detailed bill where each charge is itemized?

Upsetwithyou, I would certainly want to understand where a charge was coming from as well. Surprise costs are not something that sit well with me or my budget. Do you recall downloading any new apps, games or software? Which make and model phone is this for?
