I am trying to find out if I am in a contract and have to pay fees to leave it early. I cannot seem to locate this information anywhere in my account info/settings. Any help appreciated.
If you have a contract in place, according to https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/my-account-find-contract it should be viewable at https://customer.xfinity.com/#/settings/account/contracts. Mine was not and I had to use the CHAT function to talk to an agent who was able to see my contract and get me info about it.
