Hello I am contacting you because I initiated a trade in and never received the return label to send my device back. I called customer service and they haven’t been able to help me. I don’t want to go over the 14 days and lose my trade in credit value because it was a promotional credit. I’m very upset on how hard it has been to trade in my phone. I would like someone to please help me or contact me. Also my shipping and billing address was correct and I have the email receipt to show that

Others have had same problem and with getting there credit or promotion seems they change rule to fit them and tell you to wait and wait and presto offer or promotion is over
