Does anyone know how to contact Verizon corporate office? I have an unresolved issue and have been talking to both Verizon representatives and supervisors and no one can seem to come up with a solution that fits my needs. I've been a Verizon customer for years and am very disappointed in the level of service that I have received. I don't want to believe that this is the best Verizon has to offer and would like to speak to someone on a higher level before taking my business elsewhere.
My device was recently damaged and I reached out to Verizon for an upgrade. I was told that the only way to recieve a new device would be for me to change my plan. In order for Verizon to accommodate me they would have to raise my monthly payments by $255 which is outrageous. I don't think I should have to pay an astronomical amount of money out of pocket for a phone just because I am unwilling to change my plan I've never had this issue before and I've been a loyal Verizon customer for nearly a decade.
