I've been a customer for a really long time now (10+ years). In January, I added my 2 kids to our plan with free phones (Samsung A10e).
My bill was supposed to only increase an additional $40 and instead it has BALLOONED to an additional $200 and I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone to correct it. The phones numbers are an automated time loop and when I click on the "CHAT" option, nothing happens.
I realize that things have been crazy for all of us these past few weeks but I can't keep up with this ridiculous, senseless bill and I need to get this fixed ASAP. Please.
