We definitely want to make sure you are able to process the upgrade. Can you provide us with a screenshot of the error you are receiving please? Also, are you trying to process it through the MyVerizon website or app?
bradek_39, that does mean that you'll need to contact our Fraud Department before they will release the order. Simply call the number provided and then confirm the details they need in order to have your order released for processing.
Oh ok then, I called it and they're working real hard on my account to bring it back to normal as they investigate it concerning the unauthorized access, and purchases made to my account on last month that I did not know about,
I think I wanna wait until the whole thing is back to normal before I try to wanna get a upgrade device on making payments, So now I see why the order won't go through when I try to upgrade device, and it's cause of what's going on with my account as I speak about it, I be glad when the fraud department and the investigation team and law enforcement have my account back to normal so I can stop letting it be in the form, shape, or condition that it's in.

You welcome, well hey how about I got a 2nd letter in the mail from Verizon Wireless yesterday about the unauthorized access to my online account, a person unrelated to Verizon Wireless accessed my online account in an attempt to submit fraudulent orders for wireless devices on or about March 22, 2020. We apologize that this notice was not provided to you sooner Brad. Our investigation is ongoing and we are actively working with law enforcement.
