I have a problem with my bill because three Verizon Wireless representatives have promised a $40 credit to my account, and it still has not posted. I had an error on my December bill from Verizon, so I called customer service. The first person I spoke with told me on the phone on Dec. 9 that I would have a credit posted to my account within 72 hours. On Dec. 11, another representative, Amir, said on the phone that a $40 credit would be posted by 3 p.m. that day. It did not appear, so I contacted Verizon again on Dec. 12 and Stacy, via online chat, said the $40 credit would appear by the end of the day Dec. 12. It still has not appeared today, Dec. 15.
Has anyone else had this problem? I don't understand why multiple Verizon representatives are promising a credit, then they are not appearing on the account.
