Why is it every two years some crook at Verizon keep changing my plan for the sole purpose of paying more. In addition, why adding some garbage services to my plan that I never use or never even requested. This is rubbish and downright dishonest.

What is the plan changing from and what is it changing to? Please provide the community members will more details, but don't include any personal information with those details.
