I wrote a letter to the customer complaint center as well as posting a message on the forum almost a month ago and have not received any response. My balance of $498 was removed from my account when I changed my phone plan and opted for auto pay which did not kick in. I really want to have my account credited back with the $498. I have been trying to get resolution since February. Could you please tell me why no one has responded and what my next recourse of action should be. Thank you.
