***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. On the afternoon of Monday 12/5, all users will be able to log into the new Verizon Community. We expect the new Community to be fully functional the morning of Friday 12/9. Customer Disservice

The level of incompetence is just amazing, they truly should get a reward.  Chat lines that are so narrowly set-up that if you have anything that falls outside the narrow parameters you get no service at all.

A recent order they have sent the phones to the wrong address, used incorrect payment information, connected the wrong phones to the wrong numbers, not been accessible to resolve issues, don't take down messages on their phone lines related to the holidays (15 days later), have the most aggrevating music online to guarantee you want to hang-up and all the time they want to send you to an auto0-agent that has been developed by a third grader (not the IT people, the people specifying the functionality).

How is that we pay three to four times what they pay in Europe and get a service, well that is definitely the wrong word.
