I was told I would be able to fill out a customer satisfaction survey when I hit the X on a chat with Tier 2 tech support. I have to say I am upset to find that when I hit the X on the chat, I was not granted a survey, because I had things to say and people to call out... So, I'll do that here.
I am blown away by the customer service provided by the chatters on the Verizon wireless site. Everyone is incredibly helpful, relatable, and human. It was literally and bizarrely a pleasure to work though my issues.
Special shoutout to Ivan from Tier 2 (thats all the info I have on him). This dude went above and beyond to show me Verizon has true values in ethics, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
Verizon provides a great service and stands behind their product.
