I have been a Verizon Wireless customer since 1986. Back in late February, I contacted Customer Service and asked for a better price than what I was currently paying for 4GB. I was given a price and I agreed to it. Come next month, I was charged the same higher price that I was paying for the last years. When I called Customer Service today, They stated that the new price for my 4GB does not exist. They gave me the run around and stated that I would have to pay the same amount as I have been paying for the last several years. Verizon has no problems with opening the door and kicking you in your backside, even with a loyalty customer that has been with them for 34 years. I will be canceling and going with Sprint. Much better customer service there. Verizon not only is losing a wireless customer but also a FIOS home subscriber as well. TY
