Is there a reason we cannot speak to a customer service rep? I have wasted HOURS trying to actually speak a dang person between Verizon and UPS the past 3 days. They're both blaming each other now as to why I never received one of my phones. I'm now leaving town tomorrow and my daughter doesn't get her main Christmas gift. Thanks Verizon.

If Verizon shipped the order out and you have a confirmation all that was fine, it's on the delivery carrier for losing a package.

If the order never left the warehouse, then it'd be on Verizon. Sounds more like this is with UPS than anything.

Your daughter will be fine. There are people working Christmas that have nothing to come home to after their shift is over.
