Why is the customer service so bad? I've had 9 lines on a plan and I've been trying to reach someone for 4 days. I've tried chat and the person I got asked me to elaborate my need. I did and then waited 20 minutes and not peep back. I've tried the they call you experience 4 different times and each time I answer it's a message saying we hope you enjoyed it or sorry we missed you. Literally as I'm on the phone with them. Now I'm hold over the phone for 32 minutes as I'm typing this out. All 9 of my lines will be moving away from Verizon and their cruddy service.
Chat are nothing more than bots not often get anyone that helps I have had a supervisor waste 5 hours yes that's hours repeating same script there phone reps are no better
