Ok so has anyone else experienced customer service representatives lieing about services and billing of said services? ( the carrier billing removal as payment method for ad ons ie Google play)?
Has anyone ever had a supervisor call them back and go off on the customer for the customer loosing it on representatives for getting the run around?
Well one out of the Ohio office just did such.
I repeatedly attempted to tell the representatives
#1 I'm atustic have Terette's syndrome.
#2 seriously no cares in upper management or escalations to actually listen to the complaints of the customers paying for the services that trickle down the corporate ladder to pay them their paycheck to give their employers a bad reputation and horrible service reviews simply because apparently no one at Verizon in the corporate office ever can be reached to report bad customer service representatives. 🤔
