Customer service agents are nice and try to help, but they aren't trained well and have no idea how to fix problems. to get 1 simple thing fixed in my account, I have to talk to 10 different agents. complete waste of time. definitly made a mistake when i switched from Tmobile.
Please make your system simpler and give your CSRs the proper training.
