I've spent hours trying to contact Verizon customer support via phone calls and the broken messaging system and I have had no response. I spent 30 minutes on hold only to have the assistant hang up on me. I've had it with Verizon's lackluster service for my area and high rates on my bill. If these issues aren't resolved I'm just going stop paying my bill out right because if I'm not getting what I'm paying for, why should I even bother paying for it?
