DIsney Bundle - getting charged

I tried signing up the Disney Bundle, which is included in my unlimited plan. Verizon says I'm activated but Disney asked for a credit card and promptly charged me.


Verizon support has been useless as all they do is refer me to the FAQ


I have wasted too much time on this already and frankly, am starting to believe that this is a $cam or is purposefully difficult so Verizon do not have to make good on it
