Had the same issue/question and kept taking screenshots of "100%" data as the weeks went on in case they came back with overage charges or anything like that. Glad to know Verizon is taking care of us but supplementing data, very cool!
Same here. I haven't used any data since April 1 according to Verizon. In fact I was "given" 40 more additional GB plus a reward on May 1 so I now have 81 GB with zero useage so far! Hey, I'm not complaining. Done a lot of streaming on Netflix and Amazon Prime. Thanks Verizon.
We always want to ensure your data usage is accurate InfoDave. To clarify, is the usage error occurring when you log in to your My Verizon account? If so, are you logging in through the app or through a computer?
I have seen this reported zero consumption of data on both my the Verizon iphone app and when logging in to the Verizon website. Attached immages show what I see:
