Dear VERIZON - Sometime over the last 2 weeks, my Wifi password was erased (same password for 3 years). My grandson was the one who noticed he was not connected to our wifi. We entered the password from the cable box which got us all connected. HOWEVER, I received a notice from Verizon that I went over my data usage, something I have NEVER done. I have been home only (staycation for 20 days) so I should have been on wifi the entire time. Now I am getting data charged for this VERIZON issue.
