Your plans are garbage. Y’all make us pay for unlimited and then limit our data. fudge you greedy wiseguy. I have the highest amount of data and still get slowed and then even worse after the 75gb. It’s slower than dial up use to be. Lucky I can’t get my hands on an executive right now. I bet those fudgeers don’t get slowed down at all. fudge you Verizon
Do you work for Verizon? There's no need to be hateful on a post that doesn't pertain to you!
I sometimes have the same issue at various times of day/night. I'm sure it's more common than you think, so if you don't have a helpful comment, why comment at all!!!
He is not the only one with the problem. I have the same issues. There is not one good time of the day or night where I have reliable data. When i was on the 12GB plan per month never had a problem with speed. As soon as I was made to switch because of adding a child line, immediately my data was almost unusable
I had a older unlimited plan from several years ago and last week called to cancel a line that I did not use anymore and was sold on a new unlimited plan (Do More unlimited) which gave me 50 GB from 30GB per line before lower speeds. since the switch the speed is so slow that it must be as slow as the old plan when the max data usage was reached. so not happy with Verizon..........
We are sorry to read that you're having trouble with the speed since the plan change. We know it's vital to have a fast connection, and we are glad to help. Please tell us more. Is this happening in a specific location? Do you have trouble with calls or text? Does it improve at certain time of the day?
It seems a lot of us are complaining about the extremely slow bandwidth. I use less than 3 GB of data per month, but when I do it takes forever to do the slightest thing. I travel all over NE Florida for work and the service is horrendous everywhere! Not only that... I have been on hold for 1 hour and 5 minutes so far waiting to speak with someone from customer service. Seems that we are not valued customers.
My data is so slow I can barley open the Verizon app on my phone, I'm not sure if this is because of the way Apple updates cause your phone's performance to degrade or if this is a case of too many Verizon subscribers and not enough towers.
We apologize for the inconvenience, derekfl. It looks like messages were a bit delayed. Your loyalty means the world to us, and we definitely want to ensure that we find out what's going on with your service. Is it only data that is affected, or are calls and texts also impacted? When you experience slow data does this happen in your browsers or apps? Does this occur both indoors and outdoors?
