Neither the My Verizon app nor Verizon.com are updating my data usage. Furthermore, the Home page shows a different percentage than the Account page.
On their respective Home pages, both the app and the website show me at 85% data remaining. This number has not updated all weekend, even though I’m staying at a house without wi-fi and have almost certainly used a significant amount of data.
To make things even more confusing, my Account page (on both the app and the website) shows me at 77% data remaining. This number has not updated either.
To be clear, it’s not that the app is giving me a different usage report than the one from the website. It’s that both are giving me two different reports (Home vs. Account pages), and NONE OF IT IS UPDATING despite heavy data usage.
Thielavision, thanks for reaching out. We do understand the need of checking your data usage from time to time. When you check online does it show you when the last time the usage was updated?
