Hi guys, last week I updated my hotspot usage. I’ve only used it a couple of hours and I’m getting notices that my gigabytes are almost used. Thanks

Um, and?   This is a mostly customer populated forum.   And even if Verizon Wireless does check in and respond what exactly do you expect them to do? By the way you can check on your hotspot usage both in your online account and on the device itself. If you have used up your full speed hotspot allowance you are now reduced to something around 3G-ish speeds.

We can definitely understand your concern regarding your data usage. May we ask how much hotspot usage do you typically have? Are you on a shared data plan or unlimited data plan? Did you perform any software updates or downloads recently?
