My mother in law is recently deceased & my brother-in-law has tried to pay her past due bill and close the account. No one at Verizon will help him because he doesn’t know her pin. He has offered to send a copy of the death certificate but was told they couldn’t speak to him without the pin. What should he do? Verizon is being totally absurd.
Did you ever get this resolved? We are dealing with this right now (over 30 hours worth of garbage). Can not get anyone to help us!!
