Over the last week, I have noticed cellular service to our house has been very defraded. Where we usually have 4-5 bars, now we are lucky to have 2 bars. This is causing missed and dropped calls. Given I now work from home in the age of COVID, this is simply not acceptable. Need Verizon to figure out why service in this area is crashing and solve the problem. Have been a Verizon customer for more than a decade, but will move to a new service if cellular service is becoming unreliable.
