Device Payment Agreement that's not mine?

I logged into my account today and looked at my documents, and I see Device Payment Agreement for a device I haven't purchased (the new iPhone SE). I did shop for it but never completed the purchase and don't see an order in my account for it.

Do these agreement show up when you go through the shopping process but don't complete check-out? Want to make sure my account wasn't hacked and someone else bought something on my behalf.
