I called Customer Service and had a line and device removed from my account a couple of weeks ago. I'm going from 4 lines to 3.
Why are the line and device showing up on my next bill?
I wanted the line and device removed from my account, I took steps to make that happen. Customer service confirmed the line/device had been removed.
How long does it take to have the device/line disappear from my bill?
I plan to upgrade my phone, but I will not do it until this question is resolved.
When you request a disconnect, you get a notification. If you didn't, the rep didn't put in the request.
Disconnects pend to the last day of your cycle before they drop off.
