I am very frustrated with my experience with Verizon. I am a military customer and have been treated very wrongly with my upgrades to the iPhone 12 Pro Max on several lines. When I went to preorder on November 13 my orders were canceled and not fulfilled (the first I canceled due to an incorrect bogo promo) I then replaced and these were subsequently canceled about 4 times. I then needed to go to the store and my upgrade fees were doubled to $40 per line from the $20 from when I was making my online orders. I also now have a problem with a trade in promotion where I am not receiving $440 in trade in credit as promised on my main line. All of this headache is wanting me to return and cancel my service and move back to ATT. Can anyone here help me resolve these issues? I have spent hours on the phone trying to fix this and keep getting told "It is getting looked at" and never get a resolution.
