I purchased a new phone for full retail around the end of April. The customer service rep in the store never used my device dollars that I accumulated. He said it would be done and credited to my account. Now over 3 months later nothing has been credited to my account. I called Verizon Up customer service and was told I had 30 days to have it credited to my account which has past. I have no need for a new phone and wish the rep who sold me the phone applied them like he was supposed to. I pretty much know what is going to happen, just felt like I should say something here.
