So back in Nov 2021, I added two lines with the help of Verizon rep. The rep confirmed i would get promotion which was to get "iPhone mini 64GB on Us" with adding new line. After I added the line I also confirmed with the rep who said i will get it within 1-2 billing cycle. Since I was concerned, I also got confirmation from the rep's manager that i will start to receive my credit in each month billing cycle.
I have the chat saved confirming the REP and MANAGER both that I will receive my phone credit in 1-2 billing cycle. So finally after 2 billing cycle, I contacted them since I did not receive it, and now they are saying that I would have to upgrade my plan to get it.
The help support disconnected me twice and took 3 hours to come back with that answer, and here I get no solution.
