I enrolled in the military discount of July 2021. November 2021 my account stopped receiving the military discount. Who do I need to talk to to get credit reimbursed from the previous months? I've tried calling Verizon, they said "all we can do is credit you 3 months."
I tried the local Verizon store and they referred me to call *661.
