I'm having an issue with a charge from VERIZON*DIGITAL CHAT E 800-922-0204 FL. I even have an email saying this will be refunded, but it's never been refunded or credited to my account. Monthly calls to Verizon get me the same "I'll put in a ticket and it will take 7 business days to resolve." Then it's silence until I call again next month. Is there any hope of getting help here?
