Can one disable international long distance to outside US/Canada/Mexico (from inside)? Alternatively, is there a way to get an alert at $20 or so? We have "Go Unlimited".
(We returned a call from a friend traveling in Australia, not realizing he was calling from a local number, and ended up with an extra $214 charge.)
p.s. I spend more an hour looking at the webside, on hold, and talking to customer service, but no luck.
We know how important it is to be able to manage your international calls, CarlK3. You can have international calls blocked by having the feature International Services Enabled removed from your line. You can also make international calls at a reduced charge by subscribing to Unlimited Together World, or Unlimited Together North America, which provide international calling at a reduced rate.
