Is anyone having issues with the nursing discount not being applied to their account? It shows up on my plan and says that my best bill will be significantly less but it keeps not showing up. Further more when I tried to chat with a representative they kept telling me that the discount that is attached to my account doesn't exist. They could see it but kept telling me it doesn't exist. I can't seem to find anyone who will help.
