Disney+ Bundle issues

So I got the new Disney+ Bundle with ESPN and Hulu and it shows active. How come I can't login to Hulu? Am I supposed to get an email from them with a temporary password to login to each one?

Use same E-Mail and password that you have used for Disney+

I was able to login to Hulu and click on a few things to add to a watchlist right after signing up through the activate Disney link. Later that day that day I tried to get back in and have not been able to get incense without either a resubscribe request or an error message saying to go back to Disney and try again to authenticate. I have spent hours on the phone with Verizon, Disney+, and Hulu. They all point the finger back to Verizon.   I can’t say I blame Verizon entirely because Hulu did have information on their end that said my account was being billed and paid for by Verizon. But I still couldn’t get it active on my end.

Taking advantage of the awesome new bundle with Disney+ is something that everyone wants. I'm sad to hear your experience isn't as smooth as it can be. Let's make sure you're set up for success. 

To begin, what happens if you log in using the application versus the online browser, and vice versa? Aside from Hulu, how are the other bundle offers working for you? Also, before this bundle, were you already using Hulu?

As written, I get resubscribe request or an error message saying to go back to Disney and try again to authenticate.   It doesn’t matter whether I use a browser or the application. I don’t really use Disney+ Although i had the one year trial.  Disney+ still works.   I got disney to entertain my nephews on occasion.  No interest in ESPN.   I certainly wasn’t going to turn down ‘free’.  But I wanted HULU.   I had Hulu two years ago.  Was handy.   
    The first time I contacted Hulu their information was that my account was being billed through Verizon. Now when I contact Hulu it is listed as ‘pending’.   
    I have spent hours on the phone with all three, Verizon, Disney+, and Hulu, trying to troubleshoot this problem.

NewOldcustomer, we do want you enjoying this free service as soon as possible. Do you recall if you used the same email address with both Disney + and Hulu? If not, please ensure that the email address used for both services does match. As you have indicated that you have spent a great deal of time going back and forth on this, I do not want to repeat steps but do want to ensure that every possibility is checked.
