Last month I attempted to unsubscribe Disney+ but there was no way of doing it on this site. I went into chat and the people there could not do it either. They finally told me they unsubscribed me. I took a screen shot of them telling me this. Well, my bill came and I am being charged $6.99 for a service I should have been unsubscribed from.
I went in today and Verizon fixed their web site and I could unsubscribe. I shouldn't be charged in the current bill.
