Hello!
I think I'm having this same issue and I’m also having trouble seeing how you fixed it.
Here’s my issue:
I had the Disney+ offer before through Verizon. It was actually fairly easy to setup, showed up in my Disney+ sign in, worked without a hitch.
Now I purchased the new iPhone and upgraded my plan to the Get More Unlimited option that includes the Disney bundle. I’ve gone through all the steps, activated and enrolled on my plan, and it shows active.
The problem is, I can’t sign in to all the apps (Hulu, Disney, ESPN) and when I look at my Disney account, it only shows Disney+, not the bundle.
I chatted with Verizon for over 2 hours, Disney for over an hour - and they point the finger at one another.
What was your resolution? I’m so frustrated! LOL
We can certainly help ensure the subscription is correct for the Disney bundle, and help make sure the accounts are connected. Please send us a Private Message to get started.

I have the Verizon Wireless Plan with the Disney+ , Hulu and Espn + perks. I recently changed plans to enable our family to save mainly on our video charges since I was paying seperate fees for each of these packages to our TV provider (Different from Verizon).
I persuaded my husband to cancel the ESPN and told him I would be able to get the same service up on the TV, but I think I lied to him. I cannot see how to get the Verizon package up on our TV. Is it only viewable through the phones and tablets? Am I able to get the packages on the television at all?
Getting the entertainment packages is great. You can find out more about ESPN+, what it comes with, and where it streams here: plus.espn.com. At the bottom, it lists what devices it will stream on.
I am tired of calling Verizon & Disney about this problem! I was told by a Verizon Disney+ specialist that this problem would be solved within a few days of the trouble ticket being entered, however after almost 10 days (because of the holidays) I still hadn't heard anything, I called back and wasted more hours on the phone to be told they didn't see the original trouble tkt # I gave them! why??? So starting over, it's been almost 1 week and still no email or phone call and even though Disney gave us 30days free access, we cannot access ESPN+, Hulu and haven't even tried Apple music. Both Verizon & Disney show me as active but when I login to account, it wants me to pay via credit card or choose a plan for Disney+. It has been over 3 weeks since I started this process. Has anyone had this problem and gotten it resolved?
We are sorry to hear that this has occcured and we want to make sure you are all set with your Disney bundle option. In order to review this more please send us a private message for further review.
I have the same problem. I'm writing a letter to the State Attorney General now as well as the Verizon Correspondence Team.
I've been on the phone and chat for over 14 hours over 3.5 months.
I haven't been given a solution in about 9 conversations.
I have the same problem. We have added the bundle, but the ask for payment when we try to access Disney+
Hello, ajkreider. We're very sorry to hear about the trouble that has come up with setting up your subscriptions now that you have the Disney Bundle with Verizon Wireless. We certainly want to make sure that you're able to enjoy Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+. Below is a link you can click on to view our Disney Bundle FAQs page on our website. Number 1 in this list of frequently asked questions that is under the "How to sign up for The Disney Bundle" will show you the steps to activating the subscriptions after you have added the Disney Bundle. Trick is when you sign up don't use Verizon App. Use Desktop or Laptop, log in to my Verizon Wireless account then choose Add on but you have to add sign in name and password while you are still in Verizon account.
