Just added Disney plus on Jan. 12, 2020. As of today, still not working. Verizon says it is active. I even called Disney Plus and was told it is not active on their end. I have made numerous calls to Verizon. No help at all. My Verizon, add-on has a link, "go to Disney". Have tried that several times but it asked me for my email and password, then ask me to pick a plan and then wants a credit card. So won't I be charged the $6.99? Not free!! I am done calling Verizon. I will just cancel this add-on. Very dissatisfied customer.
