***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Disney Plus Keeps Asking Me to Pay When Logging In

I've seen countless other posts with this same issue, and it's getting ridiculous. I've joined my parent's family plan. I chose to get the $40 play more unlimited which includes the Disney Plus Bundle. When I setup my email and password, it takes me to a page to choose a subscription and enter credit card details. I've tried countless times to chat with Verizon and they are completely clueless on how to proceed. 

Bear in mind, I have a Bachelor's in Computer Science and am a Software Engineer for a Fortune 500 company, working in the IT world for over 7 years. So for the last time, quit asking me to clear my cache. It's not the cache. It's something on Verizon's end, but they keep refusing to escalate on their end.
