I just signed up for the Verizon Play More Unlimited Program. Part of this program includes the Disney+ bundle (Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+). Since the day I started my plan I have not been able to access this bundle through my "Add-Ons". It does not populate on the My Verizon App or using the My Verizon website on the computer. I have spoken with four different Customer Service reps as well as an IT contact. None of them have been able to find the root of the issue or solve the problem. I was even connected to a Disney+ rep which was completely unsuccessful as well. Considering I am paying over $80 / month for this plan, yet I am unable to access a central benefit of the plan, I will be switching providers if this is not resolved in a timely manner.
