Disney+ and Hulu not showing up in add ons

Hello, we have 4 phones on the play more unlimited plan and 2 on the do more unlimited. When I go to add ons there’s no option to use Disney+, Hulu, espn+ or Apple Music. Also I cannot add any account managers to my account.
