Disney bundle activation not working

We upgraded to the 5G play more plan, so the Disney bundle is now included... I followed the instructions for set up, enrolled under add-ons, signed up with my email address, but when I follow the next step and go to Disney  via the link on my Verizon account, it does NOT autofill my email address (as Verizon FAQ page says it will). But I continued to sign in with the same email address as I used to activate the bundle and it doesn't connect to the Verizon offer, it just tries to sign me up as a new customer and asks for my credit card info... 

I've tried from my desktop browser, from Safari on my phone, and from the MyVerizon app and have had no success.
