I activated my disney bundle and used the "go to disney" button to get to the next step. But when I type in my desired account info, I get a message saying my verizon subscription is already signed up with another email. I try to put in all the emails I could think of that I use but nothing. What do I do?
I know the importance of using your Disney Bundle, and we can certainly try to assist you. Do you have any other lines on the account by chance? I ask as only one line can sign up for the Disney Bundle, and it would be shared through them.
