Disney bundle not activated after switch to family plan

Hi,

I recently switched from an individual plan to an unlimited play more plan in a family plan as a member not as the owner.

When I log into my own account and go to Account>Add-ons, it is asking me to pay for disney+, hulu and espn.

At the same time, the owner of the account tried to enter my email from his side when he logged in to the owner account, and again, it is asking him to pay a fee for subscription for me.

 

I chatted with your agents, they don't have a clue how to fix it.

 

As a play more unlimited plan I should get this for free.

Please help resolve this issue.

Have you tried completing the sign up? My Verizon will show 12.99 at first, but defaults to zero if you have a qualified plan once you sign up for it.

You would need to use the email on file and do not use any other emails. You would also need to ensure know one on another My Verizon account. If someone has redeemed the offer with another email, you would need to use that email on file. TaylorH_VZW
