Disney plus

I have an older Verizon unlimited plan, I don't have the option to add the Disney plus via the add on apps. From all I have read my plan Should qualify. Doesn't appear there is anyone  to call or chat with to help. I am at a loss for what to do next. This is just ridiculous you can't get anyone to help!

From the app: Go to account, add-ons and  entertainment -- it's in there.

Note: This is for the unlimited plans from 2017 onward. If you have something like the old Nationwide unlimited, you don't qualify.

Which "older" Verizon unlimited plan do you have? From the following page:

https://www.verizonwireless.com/solutions-and-services/disneyplus/

you can find the following eligible plans:

Are all Unlimited plans eligible for the Disney+
on us offer?

Eligible plans include the Verizon Unlimited plan, Go Unlimited, Beyond Unlimited, Above Unlimited, Get More Unlimited, Do More Unlimited, Play More Unlimited, and Start Unlimited. Business accounts are not eligible.

So as was stated earlier, if you are still on a Verizon unlimited prior to those available after Verizon re-introduced unlimited plans a few years ago, you are not eligible.

So if I switch to a new plan, which is the same as my old plan I will be eligible?

This is a great question, quxdraw

You will need to have one of our unlimited plans. Please see this link

(https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/disney-faqs/)  Scroll down to "Eligibitiy and sign up" and you will see the qualifications. Are you having trouble signing up?
